ミッション

ボーダーレスな映画体験

本映画祭は、世界中から優れた映画作品と監督の才能を発掘し、次世代の映画文化を育てることを使命として設立されました。

日本は、国や言語、人種を問わず、あらゆる映画を愛する国です。字幕付きで映画を鑑賞する文化が根付いており、毎年多くの国の作品が公開されています。

しかし、その大半は商業映画に限られているのが現状です。まだ日本の観客に届いていない素晴らしい海外の監督やインディペンデント作品が数多く存在しています。

新しく多様なムーブメントが日々生まれるこの国で、世界で活躍する映画と人々が集う映画祭。人種や言語の壁を越えた映画作品に出会える場所、それがTokyo CINEMASTERSです。

Mission

Cinema Without Borders

Our film festival was founded with a clear mission: to discover exceptional films and directorial talent from across the globe, and to nurture the next generation of cinema.

Japan embraces all cinema, regardless of country, language, or race. The culture of watching films with subtitles is well established here, with a multitude of international films released each year.

However, the majority of those releases are limited to commercial films. A wealth of fantastic international directors and independent films remain undiscovered, never reaching Japanese audiences.

This festival brings together films and people active on the global stage, in a country where new and diverse movements are constantly born. A festival where you can experience cinematic works that transcend the boundaries of race and language.

J:COM浦安音楽ホール

東京ディズニーリゾートを擁するエンターテインメントの街・浦安に位置する、美しい劇場型ホールです。

響きの良さをとことん追求した室内楽ホール。ステージと客席を包み込むような一体感と、アーティストの息づかいまで感じられる空間で、ノミネート作品を上映します。

Venue

J:COM Urayasu Concert Hall

A beautiful theater-style concert hall in the city of Urayasu — located just outside Tokyo and home to Tokyo Disney Resort, one of Japan's most vibrant entertainment hubs.

Designed with uncompromising acoustics, the hall creates an intimate sense of unity between stage and audience. Nominated films will be screened in this stunning space.

応募規約

応募にあたって

作品をご応募いただくことにより、TCIFがプロモーション目的で作品の一部（予告編・ティーザー・ポスターを含む）を使用することに同意したものとみなされます。ご自身が制作した作品であること、権利を所有していること、または権利者から応募許可を得ていることが必要です。

英語以外の言語の作品には、必ず英語字幕を付けてください。
応募作品に含まれるすべての素材について、必要な権利を所有または取得していること。
複数作品の応募が可能です。複数部門への応募も可能ですが、応募ごとにエントリー費が必要です。
オフィシャルセレクションに選出された場合、映画制作者に直接通知いたします。
エントリー費の返金はいたしません。

Rules & Regulations

Submission Guidelines

By submitting your film, you agree that TCIF may use portions of your film — including trailers, teasers, and posters — for promotional purposes. You must have created the project yourself, own the rights, or have explicit permission from the rights holder.

Entries in non-English languages must include English subtitles.
You must own or have obtained all necessary rights to any material submitted.
Multiple entries are allowed. You may submit to multiple categories, but a separate entry fee is required for each.
Official Selection filmmakers will be notified directly.
All submission fees are non-refundable.
